Ancestor List is a very helpful program to manage your family, ancestors and descendants.

Countless data can be entered for each person, such as birth data, mother, father, children, etc. This allows you to make any connections and you always have an overview.

Extra functions include the relationship calculator, which shows you the relationship between two people. The program also has a timeline in which all people are graphically displayed with their birth and death dates.

In addition, their generation and their Kekule number are displayed for each individual.

The program is also perfect for authors and game developers who want to develop and manage their own characters.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

After starting the program for the first time, a file is created in the DATA folder with the name "empty.dat". You can get started immediately and create new people. If you use quick save, the "empty.dat" file will be overwritten with your data.

It is best to select “save as” in the menu and give your database your own name. As soon as you create children for each person, a file called “Kinder.dat” is automatically created. This must retain its name.

Basically, the first thing you do is create the subject/ego. However, you can always select a subject and then recalculate the Kekule number. If a generation is not calculated correctly, you can enter it manually in the person's editor.
